Videos are stored on the free SD memory card within the camera in AVI format. There are two ways to watch your footage:
1. Via USB: Using the charging cable, connect the camera and insert the USB into a laptop/computer. For Macbooks, we recommend an AVI player (like Elmedia) has been installed. For Windows, we suggest Windows Media Player.
2. Using SD Card Adapter (recommended): Remove the SD card from the side of the CollarCam and insert within an SD Card Adapter (included FREE). This can then be inserted directly into the computer or via the USB-C connector in the adapter.

Yes it can! When using the CollarCam on your pooch, we recommend using the free waterproof case and 360-degree mount attachment. This should fit most buckle dog collars.
We recommend mounting the camera at the back of the collar (facing over their head) for better shots.

The CollarCam can be attached in 2 ways:
Recommended for cats & small dogs:
1. Secure Housing: Our custom-designed rubber camera holder easily attaches onto your pet’s collar via a velcro strip, providing a strong, secure attachment method. Best used when placed below your pet’s chin, the rigid case supports the camera – so you can see what your pet sees!
Recommended for medium/large dogs:
2. 360 Mount: The CollarCam can also be attached using the free waterproof case and 360 degree mount. Using a buckle collar, simply thread the collar through gaps either side of the 360 degree mount. This is best mounted looking over your dog’s head rather than below their chin.
Not yet! Videos are stored on the SD memory card within the camera, which can be watched back when your pet is back at home.
It’s a challenge to keep the camera so small and incorporate a live streaming feature. However, we are looking to develop a camera that does have this functionality in the near future!
The CollarCam is waterproof up to 98ft (30m) when used with the transparent case.
Simply insert the camera into the protective housing and seal using the clip on the top.
The CollarCam can be charged using the USB cable provided. Either charge the CollarCam by connecting the USB to a computer or a 5w USB-plug into the wall.
